Description
McCourt Construction, a Boston-based diversified General Contractor with a rich history dating back to our founding in 1893, seeks a driven and excited Office Engineer to join our team. We pride ourselves on tackling the Northeast’s most complex civil projects, with a Heavy Civil Division dedicated to improving our nation’s infrastructure and an Energy Division focused on expanding America’s electric, gas, and steam networks.
Duties will include, but are not limited to,
- RFIs
- Submittals
- Constructability reviews
- Drawing accuracy reviews
- Redesigns where necessary
- Managing subs and suppliers
- Document management
- Cost control
- Surveys
- Scheduling
- Other tasks required to complete projects

Requirements
Applicants should have the following qualifications,
- Ability to interact with individuals from the labor force and negotiate with customers.
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Be computer literate (experience with AutoCAD and other industry-related programs is a plus).
- Desire to work in a team environment and collaborate to get the job done.
